Of God We Cannot Blame

Many a worn shoe could be found
Destroyed passports on the ground
Living on less than a dollar a day
For most their livelihood washed away.

 A calamity that God ordained-
What are their thoughts after the rain?
Rich or poor, our fate the same
To perish or repent in Jesus’ name
Of God we cannot blame.

There were some present at that very time who told him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. And he answered them, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered in this way?
No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish."
Luke 13:1-3 ESV

Please pray for the Mozambique flood victims to trust Christ in the midst of their suffering.

What wonderful words put to rhyme.
I write a blog which I have entitled “Accordingtothebook” and I’d like to invite you to follow it.

I didn’t see a follow widget on this site, but if you put one up...I will gladly follow you publicly as well.
If you wish, click on “dashboard” on the top right of your main blog…then click on “layout” on the left side of the page, “add a gadget” on the right side column…that takes you to the "basics" list. On the left of that list is a "more Gadgets" option. Click on that one and it's the first option. Says..."FOLLOW"
